Your deposit can be used one time only to reschedule your appointment within 2 months of the original booking date. After 2 months, the deposit expires and a new deposit will be required.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

 

 

HEALTH AND SKIN CONDITIONS
Patch tests are available on request. By booking without one, you accept the possibility of sensitivity or allergic reactions.
 
If you are pregnant or experiencing eczema, acne, psoriasis, open cuts, infections or irritation around the brow or eye area, certain services may not be recommended. Please inform us BEFORE booking so we can advise you safely.
 
If you choose to proceed with a booking while experiencing any of these skin conditions, the treatment will NOT be carried out and the deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE. 
 
Should you still wish to proceed against professional advice, the treatment will be performed entirely at your own risk. 
 
 
AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is required for long-lasting results. Not following the aftercare instructions may affect your outcome, and refunds will not be provided.
 
 
CONCERNS AND SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concern and offer a suitable solution. Completed services are non-refundable as time, expertise and professional products have been invested.

Please arrive with clean, make-up free brows.
 
Running late? Please inform us via WhatsApp or call. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

 

PARKING AND ARRIVAL INFO
Parking is not available at the location. 
Please park at Paasheuvelweg 6 via ParkBee. Once you arrive, please use the intercom and ring The Comfort Hause.
We are located on the first floor. If you take the elevator turn right and if you take the stairs turn left
 
 
PHOTO & CONTENT CONSENT
During your appointment, photos or videos may be taken for documentation or marketing. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your treatment begins so we can respect your privacy.
 

Squeeze-in appointments (last-minute or outside working hours) have an additional €10 fee.
